Summer Mix 3 was made using Nasturtium, Fennel, Eucalyptus, all from my own garden. The work is signed & numbered, it is a limited edition of 150. The handmade Oak frame is available in the natural colour or stained a dark rich Brown. It comes ready to hang but also looks great propped up on a shelf. Do not hang near a heat source or in rooms with lots of condensation.
Real flowers are a joy but do not last long, by casting them I am preserving them to be enjoyed forever. The tiles are made by pressing real flowers into clay. They are then removed, a frame put round & plaster poured over. When this is dry the clay is peeled away to reveal the 3D impression with an incredible amount of detail.
