I grew this plant specifically so I could cast the beautiful seed heads. They curl up as they develop from flowers & insects love to live in them. I have to give them a good shake before I use them. I press the seed heads into clay to create the impression & then remove the plants. A frame is put round and plaster poured over. When this is set the clay & frame are removed to reveal a stunning raised impression that captures so much detail.
This would be a prefect gift for any occasion & particularly for people who love plants, flowers, nature & gardening.

A very hard casting plaster, this item is only suitable for indoor use. Avoid placing near a direct heat source or in rooms with lots of condensation. To clean dust lightly, avoid handling too much as plaster is porus & can absorb oils from your skin.
